About
Built by the headman of the homestead the model is based on in collaboration with Diana and Antoinette Powell-Cotton. Diana and Antoinette Powell-Cotton travelled through Angola in 1936 and 1937 and frequently stayed with Kwanyama people, who form one of the largest language groups in Angola.
Learning
The model includes detailed replicas of cooking utensils, furniture, animals and people, all of which the sisters documented in photographs during their trip.
