The Huguenot Museum is the first and only museum of Huguenot history in Britain. The objects, which include oil paintings, silver, documents, silk samples and personal items tell the important story of Britain’s first refugees, the crafts, trades and skills they brought with them and the impact their contribution has had on the development of our country.
The Huguenot Museum has a creative and engaging range of workshops and craft activities based around the collections we hold. We have a variety of different experiences to choose from but we also offer bespoke sessions on request. Our workshops are designed to cover a range of curriculum topics from art and design to science and maths. Our hands-on workshops take place in our beautiful new Learning Space located on the upper floor of the museum.
